    : (1) Die Gesellschaft ist eine soziale Einrichtung für Trägerunternehmen i.S.v. § 5, die Leistungen der betrieblichen Altersversorgung über eine Unterstützungskasse durchführen wollen (Gruppenunterstützungskasse). (2) Der ausschließliche und unabänderliche Zweck der Gesellschaft besteht darin, den Mitarbeitern bzw. ehemaligen Mitarbeitern der Trägerunternehmen im Alter oder bei Invalidität sowie nach ihrem Tod ihren Hinterbliebenen (im Folgenden insgesamt Begünstigte genannt), nach Maßgabe der Satzung und von Leistungsplänen freiwillig laufende oder einmalige Versorgungsleistungen zu gewähren. Hiervon erfasst sind bei der Durchführung eines Versorgungsausgleichs auch die ehemaligen Ehegatten bzw. Lebenspartner i.S.d. LPartG der (ehemaligen) Mitarbeiter. Den Versorgungsberechtigten gleichgestellt sind Personen gemäß § 17 Abs. 1 S. 2 BetrAVG sowie deren ehemalige Ehegatten bzw. Lebenspartner i.S.d. LPartG im Falle eines Versorgungsausgleichs.
