    : Errichtung und Betrieb einer Biogasanlage (Co-Fermentationsanlage), welche biogene Reststoffe wie z. B. Speisereste und Fettabscheiderreste vergärt. Das durch die Vergärung erzeugte Biogas wird in einem Blockheizkraftwerk verbrannt und der produzierte Strom in das öffentliche Netz eingespeist oder an die ansässigen Firmen veräußert. Die produzierte Wärme wird zur Trocknung von Biomasse verwendet. Die getrocknete Biomasse wird nach einer weiteren Aufbereitung in einer Pelletieranlage zu Biomassepellets und in einer Verölungsanlage zu Biodiesel verarbeitet. Die Substrate werden an die ansässigen Firmen und Landwirte abgegeben. Weiterhin Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist die Biomasse-/Substratbeschaffung, die Anlagenbetreuung und Prozessüberwachung sowie der Verkauf von Strom, Wärme und Biomasse.
