Abs. 1); Gewährung von einmaligen Geldleistungen an Personen, soweit dies eine mildtätige Förderung gem. § 53 AO darstellt. Die Stiftung verfolgt damit ausschließlich gemeinnützige und mildtätige Zwecke i.S. d. §§ 51 ff. AO.
