Die Vergaberichtlinien sollen in geeigneter Form der Öffentlichkeit bekannt gemacht werden (z. B. in Fachmedien, Aus- und Fortbildungseinrichtungen) d) Heranführung und Förderung künstlerischer Talente (SchauspielerInnen, AutorInnen, KomponistInnen, DramaturgInnen und RegisseurInnen) an professionelle Theaterarbeit für Kinder und Jugendliche sowie e) die Durchführung von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen für den künstlerischen Nachwuchs des zeitgenössischen Kinder- und Jugendtheaters
